Installation Lead Times, Temp Links and Backup Connections
The estimated installation lead time for business-grade fibre is dependent on the location of your business premises.
Estimated Lead Times:
Preferred buildings -4 to 6 weeks
Multi-tenant, single-tenant and off-net buildings - 4 to 6 months
Temporary Links:
We can provide you with a temporary internet and voice link in the interim while your fibre project is being rolled out. The temp links can be delivered over Wireless-To-The-Business (WTTB) or Wireless LTE depending on your requirement. These temp links can be deployed quickly and can keep you connected until your fibre is installed.
Backup Links:
Once your fibre installation process is complete, it's strongly recommended to keep your temporary internet service as a backup internet connection.
